Crushed Khakhras with Curds – 2 Serving

Method

1) Put Khakhras into a pretty serving dish.

2) Add all ingredients half quality of coriander.

3) Mix well to blend flavors.

4) Garnish with remaining coriander.

Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 plain Khakhras, Crushed into pieces
  • ½ Cup fresh curds (Skim milk curd)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp crushed cumin
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
