Method
1) Put Khakhras into a pretty serving dish.
2) Add all ingredients half quality of coriander.
3) Mix well to blend flavors.
4) Garnish with remaining coriander.
Serve immediately.

- 3 to 4 plain Khakhras, Crushed into pieces
- ½ Cup fresh curds (Skim milk curd)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tbsp coriander, finely chopped
