Mung Dal Paneer Toast 

Ingredients
2 slices of multi-grain bread
½ cup low fat paneer (crumbled)
1/2 cup of green mung dal (soaked and ground)
¼ onion, chopped ¼ tomato, chopped
Coriander and mint leaves to taste
Chat masala 1/4 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or ghee 1 tsp

Steps
Mix all the ingredients except bread. Brush butter on one side of bread and apply the mix on other side as a thick stuffing. Toast on a hot nonstick pan on both sides till golden and crisp. Enjoy with green chutney.

Benefits
Paneer is a great source of calcium. It also contains slow-digesting proteins, which will keep you from getting hungry in the middle of the night. Egg eaters can substitute the paneer topping in this recipe with scrambled eggs, another excellent source of protein.
