Almonds, Pistas, walnuts, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, & Chia seeds, take all in equal quantity. Roast it well. Grind & mix to make fine powder.
You can add this to milk OR Curd OR even sprinkle it on any salads or cooked food.
Each ½ cup/scoop of this has approx. 180 cal. & 12 gms of protein
